Grief and Loss Consultations LLC specializes in conceptualizing and interpreting the unique process of grieving individuals. We excel in understanding the experience and expression of grief while also considering the interplay of systems and context that may help or hinder adaptation. We understand grief as individual, multifaceted responses to loss and know losses are broadly defined, encompassing death as well as the everyday losses that impact individuals on a regular basis. Through our knowledge and experience, we seek to help clarify these processes as a way to aid in legal matters, group facilitation, postvention, and to provide relevant information through our professional presentations.
Our mission is to provide you with the most up to date knowledge surrounding issues of grief and loss. This knowledge comes from Matt’s therapeutic experience as well as Liz’s academic focus on thanatology.
We believe integrity is the cornerstone of providing services related to grief and loss. Without our reputation for ethical work, we are of no help to you, your clients, or stakeholders.
